When do I send my photo?
Right after checkout we email you a private, secure upload link. Just attach the original file from your camera or phone — we recommend at least 150 DPI at your chosen print size.
How long does production and shipping take?
Most orders are printed within 3 business days and delivered within 7 business days in the US. You will get tracking as soon as your order ships.
What is the difference between gallery wrap and framed?
A gallery wrap prints your photo so it wraps around the 0.85-inch edges of the canvas, with no frame needed. The framed option adds a solid wood museum-profile frame around the print.
What if I don't like it?
Every canvas is covered by our 60-day return policy. If the color, size or finish is not right, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
